Pophood is a platform built for modern pops. We're here to create a space that supports, equips, and connects those navigating fatherhood—and doing it with purpose, ownership, and progress.

You must be 18 or older to use Pophood. By using the Site, you represent that you're old enough to handle the real talk—and the legal responsibility.

We don't tolerate hate, harassment, or harmful behavior—online or offline. You're welcome to be raw and honest, but keep it respectful. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user who violates the spirit or letter of this community.

You might share stories, comments, or feedback (Content) on the platform. Here's the deal:

• You retain ownership of your Content.
• By posting, you grant Pophood a license to use, share, and display your Content (e.g., for community posts, testimonials, or promotions).
• Don't post anything illegal, harmful, or plagiarized.

We respect your privacy. Any personal info you share with us is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should actually read.

We use artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance your experience—whether that's surfacing insights, summarizing community posts, or suggesting content. Here's what you need to know:

• AI may help analyze anonymized content or behavior to generate recommendations or summaries.
• AI is a tool, not a person. It may make mistakes or reflect biases from its training data.
• By using Pophood, you acknowledge that some content or suggestions may be AI-generated or AI-assisted.
• We do not use AI to impersonate you or post on your behalf without consent.

If AI freaks you out, we get it. Reach out and we'll explain exactly how it's used. No hidden agendas.

If you're invited to the Founding Pops Club, congrats—it's exclusive. We may change the structure or perks at any time, but one thing won't change: we'll always recognize early pops who helped shape this platform.

All site content, branding, logos, and designs are owned by Pophood or licensed to us. Don't steal it. Ask nicely if you want to collaborate.

We're not doctors, therapists, or lawyers. The content on Pophood is for informational and inspirational purposes only. Use your own judgment—and consult pros when needed.

If and when we offer paid products or services (like merch or member features), separate terms may apply. We'll make those clear when the time comes.

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure. Let us know right away if you think someone's messing with your account.

Pophood may link out to other websites or tools (like Discord, payment processors, etc.). We're not responsible for what happens outside our platform. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

We're committed to making Pophood accessible to everyone. If something on the site isn't working for you, tell us—we want to make it better.

We're not responsible for:

• Things you post
• Things others post
• Downtime, bugs, or tech issues
• Any loss or damage resulting from use of the Site

Use Pophood at your own risk. Don't rely on us for life-or-death stuff. That's not what we're here for.

We might update these Terms as the platform grows. If we do, we'll let you know. Your continued use of Pophood means you're cool with the updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of San Diego County, California.
